Kathlene is a coach, a parent, and a lifelong learner who brings both professional training and lived experience into her work.

 

She is currently completing her certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and through Simplicity Parenting® coach training which when coupled with her masters in social work is shaping a practice centered on slowing down, simplifying, and supporting nervous system regulation.

 

She understands how overwhelm and constant noise can impact both adults and children—and how rhythm, safety, and connection help restore balance.

Through Grounded Soul Coaching, she integrates The Slower S.T.O.R.Y.—a simple, embodied way to slow the body, soften overwhelm, and reconnect with what matters most.

I support adults and parents navigating seasons of overwhelm, transition, or burnout and seeking greater clarity, calm, and connection. My work creates a gentle space to slow down, listen deeply, and find a way forward that feels steady and true.
