Meet Your Coach

Meet our founder, Kathlene Quinton. Kathlene is a coach, parent, and lifelong learner who brings both professional training and lived experience into her work. She is currently completing her coaching certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and her Simplicity Parenting Coach certification, shaping a practice centered on slowing down, simplifying, and supporting nervous system regulation.

 

Kathlene holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has professional experience working with trauma, which informs her calm, compassionate approach. She understands how overwhelm, stress, and too much “noise” in daily life affect both adults and children—and how rhythm, safety, and connection help restore balance.

 

Kathlene is neurodivergent, with dyslexia and ADHD, and spent 14 years homeschooling her three neurodivergent sons, who have a mix of dyslexia, ADHD, NVLD, and sensory processing differences. One of her sons also lives with refractory epilepsy, deepening her commitment to flexibility, simplicity, and adapting life with care.

 

Through Grounded Soul Coaching, Kathlene integrates the S.L.O.W.E.R way of being to offer tangible, embodied support that helps individuals and families slow the pace, interrupt overwhelm, and reconnect with what matters most.

Who I Support

I support adults and parents navigating seasons of overwhelm, transition, or burnout and seeking greater clarity, calm, and connection. Our work creates a gentle space to slow down, listen deeply, and find a way forward that feels steady and true.

My Approach

My approach begins with a pause. We gently slow the pace and create a quiet, judgment-free space where you can listen deeply and observe with compassion. From there, we support small, intentional steps forward—honoring simplicity, presence, and the inner wisdom that guides meaningful, lasting change.
